Too old to lose weight?

I disagree! Lifting is a great way to lose weight. As we age we lose muscle mass! Fight that with weights! Keep your muscles and your bones healthy and lose weight! I love this lady!

I normally don't use my blog to promote items that are not related to health but then again, when hasn't a little bit of new jewelry been healthy? Am I right?

Insanity: The Asylum

My hubby just ordered this to follow up his Insanity workouts! I'm scared and now there is an Insanity: The Asylum Volume 2! OYE VEH! It does look pretty cool though. :)
